株式会社 appful（以下「当社」）は、iOS アプリ「GEMPIXEL | お絵描きパズル」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーの情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 当社が収集する情報

当社は、本アプリを通じてユーザーの氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所などの個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。ただし、後述のとおり広告配信のために第三者の広告事業者が識別子等を取得する場合があります。

2. アプリ内データの保存場所

作品の進捗、完成した作品、設定などのデータは、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。これらのデータが当社のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、端末内のデータも削除されます。

3. 広告について

本アプリは無料でご利用いただくため、Google LLC が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して広告を表示します。AdMob は広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のために、以下のような情報を自動的に取得・利用することがあります。

これらの情報の取り扱いについては、Google のプライバシーポリシーおよび「Google のサービスを使用するパートナーによるデータ使用」をご確認ください。

なお、プレミアムを購読中は広告は表示されません。

4. トラッキングの許可（ATT）について

iOS のトラッキング透明性（App Tracking Transparency）の枠組みに基づき、本アプリは初回起動時にトラッキングの許可を求めるダイアログを表示します。許可された場合のみ、広告識別子（IDFA）を用いたパーソナライズ広告が配信されます。

許可しない場合でも、本アプリのすべての機能をこれまでどおりご利用いただけます（この場合はパーソナライズされていない広告が表示されます）。設定は iOS の「設定」＞「プライバシーとセキュリティ」＞「トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。また、広告の効果測定のために Apple の SKAdNetwork を利用します。

5. 広告表示設定の取得について

本アプリは、広告の表示可否などのアプリ設定を配信するために Google の Firebase Remote Config を利用します。この通信で当社がユーザーの個人情報を取得することはありません。

6. サブスクリプション（課金）について

本アプリのプレミアム機能の購入・決済は、Apple の App Store（Apple アカウント）を通じて行われます。決済処理は Apple が行い、当社がクレジットカード情報などの決済情報を取得することはありません。購入状態の確認（レシート検証）は Apple の StoreKit の仕組みを通じて端末上で行われます。

7. 第三者への提供

当社がユーザーの個人情報を第三者へ提供することはありません。広告配信に伴う情報の取得・利用は、前記のとおり広告事業者（Google）が自ら行うものです。

8. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは全年齢を対象としています。お子様の利用に配慮し、広告は年齢に適した内容となるよう設定しています。

9. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容を変更する場合は、本ページにて改定後の内容をお知らせします。

appful Inc. ("we", "us") provides this privacy policy for the iOS app "GEMPIXEL | Pixel Art Puzzle" (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or postal address, and no account is required. However, as described below, third-party advertising partners may collect identifiers to serve ads.

2. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your artwork progress, completed artworks, and settings are stored only on your device. None of this data is transmitted to our servers. Deleting the App also deletes this data from your device.

3. Advertising

To keep the App free, we display ads through Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may automatically collect and use the following to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud:

4. App Tracking Transparency

On first launch the App presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Personalized ads using the IDFA are served only if you grant permission. If you decline, every feature of the App remains fully available and you will see non-personalized ads. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. We also use Apple's SKAdNetwork for ad measurement.

5. Remote Configuration

The App uses Google Firebase Remote Config to retrieve settings such as whether ads are shown. We do not collect personal information through this.

6. Subscriptions

Premium purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details. Purchase entitlements are verified on-device via Apple's StoreKit.

7. Third Parties

We do not share personal information with third parties. Data collected for advertising is collected by the advertising provider (Google) itself, as described above.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for general audiences. Ads are configured to be age-appropriate.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page.
