不具合やご質問は、メールでお寄せください。アプリの中では、ショップの画面のいちばん下の「お問い合わせ」からもメールを送れます。

お使いの iPhone の機種と iOS のバージョン、起きたことを書いていただくと、お答えしやすくなります。

よくある質問

ショップはどこにありますか？

お店の中（店内）の、カウンターの右下にある紙袋のボタン（「ショップ」）から開けます。アプリを開くとお店の正面が出るので、ドアを押して店内に入ってください（はじめて開いたときは、すぐ 1 人目のお客さんの画面になります。左上の家のボタンで店内へ行けます）。

「広告をなくす」はどうやって買いますか？

ショップの「広告をなくす」の、値段の書いてあるボタンを押すと、Apple の購入の画面が出ます。価格は購入の画面に表示されます。1 回買えば、ずっと広告が出なくなります（買い切り）。

ファミリー共有の「承認と購入のリクエスト」を使っている場合は、保護者の方が承認すると反映されます。

購入を復元するには？

ショップのいちばん下の「購入を復元」を押してください。購入したときと同じ Apple アカウントで App Store にサインインしている必要があります。アプリを入れ直したときや、機種を変えたときも、この方法で「広告をなくす」を戻せます。

広告はいつ出ますか？

最初のお客さんをクリアするまでは出ません。そのあと、答え合わせの画面から次へ進むときや、メイクの画面から店内へ戻るときに、全画面の広告が出ることがあります（答え合わせ 2 回に 1 回ほど。前の広告から 3 分以上あけます）。ポーチとマイギャラリーの画面の下にも、広告が出ることがあります。メイクをしている最中には出ません。

作ったメイクや進み具合は、どこに保存されますか？

途中のメイク、進み具合、マイギャラリーの絵などは、すべてお使いの iPhone の中にだけ保存されます。アカウントやクラウドに保存する機能はなく、当社のサーバーに送られることもありません。そのため、別の iPhone へ引き継ぐ機能はありません。

アプリを削除するとどうなりますか？

マイギャラリーの絵、途中のメイク、進み具合も消え、もとに戻せません。残しておきたい絵は、先にマイギャラリーの「写真に保存」で写真に保存してください。「広告をなくす」は、入れ直したあとに「購入を復元」で戻せます。

写真に保存できません

写真への「追加」の許可が必要です。iPhone の「設定」＞「プライバシーとセキュリティ」＞「写真」で「メイクアップ」（ホーム画面でのアプリの名前）を選び、「追加のみ」にしてください。本アプリが端末の写真を読み取ることはありません。

トラッキングの許可を変えたい

iPhone の「設定」＞「プライバシーとセキュリティ」＞「トラッキング」から、いつでも変えられます。許可しなくても、すべての遊びをこれまでどおり楽しめます。

自由メイクと今日のお題が遊べません

1 人目のお客さんをクリアすると、遊べるようになります。

FAQ

Where is the shop?

Open it from the shopping-bag button ("Shop") at the lower right of the counter inside the store. When you open the App, the storefront appears; tap the door to go inside. (The very first time you open the App, it goes straight to the first customer; use the house button at the top left to go inside the store.)

How do I buy "Remove Ads"?

Tap the price button for "Remove Ads" in the shop and Apple's purchase screen appears. The price is shown there. Buy it once and ads are gone for good (one-time purchase).

If Family Sharing's "Ask to Buy" is on, the purchase is applied after a parent or guardian approves it.

How do I restore my purchase?

Tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the shop. You need to be signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used to buy. This also brings back "Remove Ads" after reinstalling the App or changing iPhones.

When are ads shown?

No ads are shown until you clear the first customer. After that, a full-screen ad may appear when you move on from the results screen or go back to the store from the makeup screen (about once every 2 results, at least 3 minutes after the previous ad). Ads may also appear at the bottom of the Pouch and My Gallery screens. Ads never appear while you are doing makeup.

Where are my makeup and progress saved?

Makeup in progress, your progress, and My Gallery pictures are stored only on your iPhone. There is no account or cloud storage, and nothing is sent to our servers, so there is no way to transfer them to another iPhone.

What happens if I delete the App?

Your My Gallery pictures, makeup in progress, and progress are deleted and cannot be recovered. To keep a picture, save it first with "Save to Photos" in My Gallery. "Remove Ads" can be brought back with "Restore Purchases" after reinstalling.

I can't save to Photos

The App needs permission to add photos. In iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos, choose "メイクアップ" (the App's name on the Home Screen) and select "Add Photos Only". The App never reads the photos on your device.

I want to change permission to track

You can change it at any time in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Everything in the App works the same even if you don't allow it.

I can't play Free Makeup or Today's Theme

They unlock when you clear the first customer.

Which devices are supported?

The App is for iPhone with iOS 18.0 or later.
